😀 You, my dad, and my daughter. “Socks? We don’t need no stinkin’ socks!”
Ah, the epitomy of comfy…I’m wondering have you ever had a pedicure? Do you own a pair of brown leather sandals of flip flops?
Tossing you a bottle of Banana Boat SPF 45…Spring is just around the corner!

Tiffany,
That’s exactly right.
Mia,
A pedicure? Uhm… no. I’m not much on anyone else touching my feet. Come to think of it, I don’t even want my own hands touching them! And no, I don’t own any leather sandals or flip flops. The boat shoes are plenty comfy for me. 😀 – Tim
Eccentric? consistent? Yeah, I guess you can be consistently eccentric although you would have to occasionally be uneccentric just to remain eccentric. Or something… anyway, Tim, I was interested in your comment about feet. I am surprised at just how many people are very sensitive about people touching their feet (which is funny when you consider what they are happy to let you touch…). Personally, I find a foot massage Heaven on Earth. Like, there was this time in Cambodia (but that’s another story)…
Oscarandre,
Perhaps I should clarify something that might not be clear from the photo: it was 27 deg F outside, there was snow on the ground, and I wasn’t wearing socks.
Make more sense now?
The comment about my feet probably has more to do with being self-conscious about taking proper care of one’s feet. Nothing really hideous, mind you (dry skin, toenails that always seem to need trimming, one toe that looks a bit funky), but the types of things that make me glad that foot washing hasn’t really caught hold in our church. 😉 – Tim
P.S. Cambodia?????
