Tiffany tagged me, so I am therefore obligated by blogging tradition to answer the same list of questions. The theme here, as the title suggests, is books.
Before I dive into the list and my answers, I should point out that I used to read far more books than I currently do. This is in part a result of the Internet, and its vast array of possibilities for reading. (Unfortunately, most of the fiction on the Internet is material that is presented as non-fiction.) Theater of My Mind January 27, 2006

Today, I saw an article from the Association of Psychological Science about memorizing lines for theatrical performances. Since this is an ability that many of my friends have commented on, I think I have a relevant opinion on the matter.
I think they’re out to lunch. Educators tell us that all people, not just actors, learn in one of three ways. My experience is that successful actors use all three (some more than others perhaps, but all three).
